In conversation with NDTV, Sujay Kalele, CEO of Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd says that the average realizations this quarter were at Rs 4350/sq ft. He also adds, most of their projects have reached the revenue recognition stage and they are expecting topline growth of Rs 600 cr in this fiscal.
