It seems the new SEBI chief C B Bhave does not just have to keep a keen eye on the stock markets but will perhaps have to get his institution's legal arm in shape. After a spate of the regulator's orders have been over ruled by the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Bhave has some redeeming to do.
