CS Verma, Chairman of SAIL said that the company is setting up a state of art universal rail mill of 1.2 mn tonne capacity in Bhilai Steel plant which can produce single rail pieces of 130 meter length. "I am quite hopeful that in next 1 year time, its completion should be complete and we should be in position to start commercial production," he said.
