Posco's project in Orissa in limbo

South Korean steel giant Posco's $12 billion integrated steel plant project in Orissa is still in a limbo. The expert appraisal committee looking into the clearances for Posco's port in Orissa's coast has denied a go ahead for the project. The panel has pointed that some parts of the port falls in highly eroding coastline of Orissa which according to the ministry of environment and forest is a no go zone.
