H D Khunteta, Director Finance, Rural Electrification Corporation, told NDTV Profit that the company is planning to launch Rs 3,000 crore tax-free bond issue on 5th March. "Next year we are planning to raise $750 million and if Cabinet approves we may come out with $ 1 billion foreign currency convertible debentures (FCCBs) issue.
