The Chief justice of India or the Bombay High court Chief Justice must order an inquiry into the death of Judge Loya, a CBI court judge in Mumbai who was overseeing the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, said the ex-chief justice of the Delhi High court and former Law Commssion head Justice AP Shah.
