L Mansingh, Former Chairperson, PNGRB and Tejas Karia, Counsel for IGL speak to NDTV about Delhi High court's judgement in favour of Indraprastha Gas that regulator PNGRB does not have the power to determine retail price of gas or petroleum products. "What is matter of concern is that the regulator cannot determine transmission tariff also for those who own network. This questions the very foundation of regulatory framework setup under the act," Mansingh says. Meanwhile, the IGL counsel says that the issue could be taken to the Supreme Court.
