Dr Shubhada Rao, senior president and chief economist at Yes Bank, said she expects a pick-up in tax collection going forward though the budget target for tax collection has been pegged very high. But disinvestment could be a positive surprise and pressure on subsidy burden could be contained by the decline in oil prices, she added.
