Congress lawmaker Shashi Tharoor says the Congress wins in 3 states of the Hindi heartland are a result of Rahul Gandhi's campaign. He said the Congress wins are a clear message from the Hindi heartland to PM Modi. Mr Tharoor agrees PM Modi is a fine orator but now people have come to see through his oratory and people are not going to buy his empty packages (of promises) anymore.
