Independent analyst Ambareesh Baliga says investors should be cautious of the public sector bank space at least for the next one or two quarters. Non-performing assets (NPAs) will continue to be a problem for the sector and the news of alleged scams in state-lenders are the reasons for his cautious stance, he said.
