Telecom Minister A Raja and former Department of Telecom Secretary Siddharth Behuria are believed to have been named among the accused in the report submitted by Justice Shivraj Patil, the one man committee. NDTV learns that seven officials have been named by Justice Patil, who has also suggested remedial measures in his report.
