In an extremely unusual move, Sports Minister Ajay Maken made a suo moto statement in Parliament on an audit report that hasn't even been tabled. NDTV made the report public yesterday - It says the Prime Minister's Office had recommended Suresh Kalmadi as the head of the Commonwealth Games Organising Committee. Mr Maken today put the onus on the NDA.
