Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain, while speaking to NDTV, said that coronavirus cases are slowing down in Delhi and the doubling rate in the national capital is now 13 days. Markets and shopping malls will continue to remain shut but SMALL neighbourhood shops will be allowed to open.
