2nd terrorist caught alive: How serious is Pak about peace with India?

A second Pakistani terrorist was caught alive in Jammu and Kashmir today, less than a month after the capture of Mohammad Naveed, who has given Indian terror investigators vital information, and less than a week since critical National Security Adviser-level talks that were meant to address terror were called off by India and Pakistan. The 22-year-old has been identified as Sajjad Ahmad from Muzaffarnagar in Pakistan and was captured during an encounter in Baramullah in North Kashmir. Infiltration and border violations on the rise in Jammu and Kashmir and the cancellation of talks now beg the question, how serious is Islamabad about forging a lasting peace with Delhi? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
