Chhupa Rustam's veterans Girish and Ajay pounce upon passersby on a busy street in Delhi with their hands handcuffed to each other in a prisoners costume. All they are asking for is a lift to Tihar Jail or sometimes just a little help to break the chain that ties them together. Is it too much to ask for? Well ask the pedestrians.
