With one life lost every 23 seconds, India's air pollution is a ticking bomb and if the problem continues at this rate then by 2030 the air will be so toxic that it would be nearly impossible to live and move without an oxygen kit as a permanent burden and part of lifestyle, says a report of the World Health Organisation.
