The Central government's Swachh Bharat Mission, has put the spotlight on making India's top ten iconic places into examples of cleanliness. The NDTV-Dettol Banega Swachh India campaign visited Varanasi's famous Manikarnika Ghat, one of the locations and drew up an agenda and urgent steps that need to be taken if the cleanliness drive is to be successful.
