Naseem Ahmad, a witness in the Muzaffarnagar rape cases, tells us how he has now left town after the murder. He has filed at least seven cases after 16 death threats. Another witness, Dilshaad, also tells us about the threats he has faced. So is a Witness Protection Act the solution?
