Nitish Kumar has taken oath as Bihar Chief Minister for the sixth time today, 14 hours after he resigned from that position. He is now back with the BJP, whose Sushil Modi was also sworn in; he gets his old post of Deputy Chief Minister back. Other new ministers will take oath after Nitish Kumar wins his trust vote tomorrow. Lalu Yadav now says the RJD is considering moving the Supreme Court against Nitish Kumar's decision to break the alliance. Rahul Gandhi has claimed that the Congress had been aware that Nitish could pull out for almost 3-4 months. With another BJP-alliance govt taking shape in the Hindi heartland, has Nitish left opposition unity in tatters?
