Pakistan today crossed a crucial line, not just Line of Control but code of military behaviour accepted internationally. Pakistan Border Action Team came 200 metres across LoC under cover fire from a Pakistan army post, killing two soldiers - BSF Head Constable Prem Sagar and Army's Naib Subedar Paramjeet Singh - then mutilating their bodies. Defence Minister Arun Jaitley said the army will respond "appropriately" and the soldiers' "sacrifice won't go in vain". On the Buck Stops Here, we debate: what are India's options?
