Special forces from the Indian Army struck Naga insurgents along the Nagaland-Myanmar border and it is almost certain that a part of the operation took place on the other side of the border. The operation itself was not a massive operation like the surgical strikes against Pakistan, nor were they in the scale of the operations that the Army carried out against NSCN-K terrorists two years back in Myanmar.
