Dr NK Arora, Chairman of Covid Working Group, tells NDTV that "the infrastructure and preparations in the rural area is not at all a challenge. Near Home Corona Vaccine Centres have been established particularly for rural areas and for the elderly. In fact, the rural infrastructure is better than urban as far as vaccine delivery is concerned."
