The Congress's first and second lists of 76 names for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections include 15 sitting ministers and 15 current MLAs. While five independents who supported Ashok Gehlot have got Congress tickets, the major omissions are ministers close to the Chief Minister -- Shanti Dhariwal, Mahesh Joshi -- and his close aide Dharmendra Rathore.
