Several areas in Bengaluru, India's IT hub, are flooded after heavy rain. Saying that it was a shame the city that sees so much progress in IT and economic resources also has to face crises on the hands of ill-planned urban infrastructure, Naresh Narasimhan, architect and urban designer, said a recalibration was in order for the city's developers.
