A confident Karnataka Chief Minister, BS Yeddyurappa, is set to meet the President on Monday after the Centre rejected Karnataka Governor, HR Bharadwaj's report recommending President's Rule in the state. The Karnataka CM arrived in the Capital last night with some of his ministers.
