In Narayanpur district's Palli village, 250 kms from Raipur, about two weeks ago, Pramila Koram's water broke in the middle of the night. With the standard ambulance 8 kms away and no roads to her village, her husband Suresh Koram called the motorbike ambulance to rush her to the primary health center for delivery.
