An MLA from Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena faction and a legislator of the NCP virtually came to blows in the Vidhan Bhavan premises here on Wednesday after shouting slogans against each other. The NCP MLAs carried carrots on the steps of the legislature building in an bid to taunt the ruling Shiv Sena-BJP coalition.
