Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a public rally in Dehradun in Uttarakhand where crucial assembly elections will be held soon. This morning, PM Modi also inaugurated the Chardham highway which will improve connectivity between the four pilgrimage centres - Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri.
