Voting is being held today for the remaining 61 Assembly constituencies in Assam -- where Congress Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi is seeking a fourth term -- and 31 seats in West Bengal. The Trinamool Congress is hoping for a second term on basis of the 'development' and welfare schemes of the Mamata Banerjee's maiden five-year rule.
