A four-lane bridge over the Ganga river between Sultanganj and Aguwani Ghat in Bhagalpur, Bihar has collapsed for a second time. The superstructure of the bridge fell into the river. More than 30 pillars have come crashing. This bridge was built to connect Khagaria and Bhagalpur districts.
