Even before the Prime Minister has set foot in Vidarbha there has been a string of suicides. Local groups have recorded as many as five farmer deaths in the last three days. A family in Vidharbha has made it to the Prime Minister's list. It's the family of Gosavi Pawar, a Banjara tribal, who killed himself in the middle of three weddings in his family.
