Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday praised the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh and said it is the first precondition for the development of the state. He praised UP Police for eliminating 63 criminals during encounters. Adding further, he expressed hope for UP Police to break the record of 63 and hit a century soon.
