External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Friday addressed the Indian diaspora in Larcana. While addressing the event, he firmly said that relations with China are not normal because we will not agree to any attempt to change the LAC. S Jaishankar said, "We have challenges on our borders which have intensified during Covid. Today our relations with China are not normal because we will not agree to any attempt to change the LAC unilaterally."
