The Gujarat Anti-Corruption Bureau's probe against Mansukh Shah, the founder of a chain of medical, dental and management institutes in Gujarat arrested this week, has exposed the underbelly of private education. Shah was arrested by the ACB on Monday on a charge of accepting Rs. 20 lakh from a student for admission to the university, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, that he founded in Vadodara.
