Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda of the Janata Dal Secular said the Supreme Court judgement would mean that the BS Yediyurappa's government is safe. He further said now Deve Gowda would not have to offer ministerial berths to the disqualified MLAs if they contest and win on BJP tickets.
