Students bend rules ahead of DUSU polls

In two days, students at Delhi University will vote for their new union. The Supreme Court has ruled that student candidates should not spend more than Rs 5000 each on their campaigning. But the expenditure already has touched a crore. A candidate like Nupur Sharma, wearing a garland, is asking for votes at law faculty. And Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) candidates in saffron t-shirts are supporting her by going around the campus.
