Sleep deprivation and stress are two factors because of which truck drivers often run into fatal accidents. In an effort to ensure that they don't drive in such arduous conditions, a one-of-its-kind Seva Kendra was inaugurated on the National Highway 8 (NH8). This centre provides free services like laundry, food and beds for truck drivers to sleep on.
