Women students in colleges in Rajasthan may have to keep their skinny jeans and crop tops in their closets and show up in salwar-kameez complete with a dupatta or saris from the next academic session. And boys will have to dress in formals -- shirt, pant, jersey (in winters), shoes, socks and belt.
