While waters are receding fast in Kerala's flood-ravaged Thrissur district, around 2 lakh people are still in relief camps. Many people have lost their homes. District Collector Anupama T V says rehabilitation, livelihood and education could be a huge challenge. She adds large number of plumbers are required to help people get their homes ready.
