Varun Gandhi lodged in the Etah jail in Uttar Pradesh will have the BJP president Rajnath Singh visiting him later on Monday. Singh has blamed the BSP and Congress of harassing Varun and will discuss with him how the party plans to focus on the issue during its campaign in the state.
