A 12-year-old balloon seller is the key eyewitness in the September 13 serial blasts in Delhi. The boy has finally been taken to an undisclosed location by the police. The boy had shown courage by coming forward to tell the police that he had seen the bombers on Saturday evening at Barakhamba Road and that he could recognise them.
