Less than a fortnight after Minister Manmohan Singh inaugurated the first unit of the Baglihar power project over river Chenab, a three member delegation of Pakistan is in the state of Jammu and Kashmir for an on the spot inspection of the dam. Pakistan claims there has been reduction in water flowing down from the Chenab river into Pakistan.
