"Can't Deny Oxygen Crisis": Chief Of Delhi Hospital That Saw 12 Deaths

The government on Tuesday told the parliament that no data has been provided by states on deaths due to oxygen shortage. In Delhi, which was at the centre of oxygen crisis, Batra Hospital saw 12 deaths, and one of them was a doctor who worked at the hospital. NDTV's Sukirti Dwivedi spoke to Medical Director of the hospital, Dr SCL Gupta, who said that the oxygen crisis hit every individual in India and the issue goes beyond central and state governments. Despite the bureaucratic issues being cited, people lost their lives due to oxygen shortage and that fact cannot be denied, he underlined, adding that they still guilty that they could not save their colleague.
