Yogi Adityanath, the saffron-wearing chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, called a meeting of his cabinet at the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, formerly Allahabad, on Tuesday, and followed it up with a dip in the Sangam or the holy confluence of three rivers, Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati.
