When demonetisation was announced last year, all the banks started to adopt villages across the country to turn them 'cashless' villages. In Assam, United Bank of India or UBI started its digital project at Chatonguri which was supposed to be come state's first cashless village. But a year later, are the villagers transacting digitally - we find out.
