Shah Faesal, a Kashmiri IAS officer who topped the 2010 exam and made headlines this week by quitting the civil services as mark of protest has told NDTV that he is not joining any "mainstream political party". "My intention is not to grab a chair," Mr Faesal, who says he is inspired by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, said.
