Haryana has withdrawn its earlier order allowing Muslims to offer Friday prayers at designated sites in Gurugram, Chief Minister ML Khattar said today. "Friday prayers should not be offered in open spaces in Gurugram," he said, adding, the administration is negotiating with both parties.
