Rajya Sabha parliamentarian Naresh Gujral of the Shiromani Akali Dal has suggested that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should bring in young leaders into the party on the basis of their background and education. "The first thing that PM would have to do is bring in young dynamic ministers who are selected on the basis on their background and education and not on caste," Mr Gujral said. The NDA won a massive majority in the Lok Sabha election.
