Trinamool Leader Derek O'Brien told NDTV that before one looks for a solution, one needs to identify the problem. "PM Modi was building his brand image internationally and giving out 65 million vaccines while only 52 million are in India," he said, adding that PM should stop doing brand-building amid the raging pandemic.
