In a shocking case of mob justice in Goa, two boys were mercilessly beaten up by locals for allegedly stealing mobile phones and valuables belonging to foreigners. In a video clip, the two boys are seen being beaten up with wooden sticks and then being paraded naked after being tied to motorcycles.
